Zoning & Design Guidelines

To maintain harmony with the natural landscape and promote sustainability, all commercial buildings in the Pangea Community must adhere to the following:

🌞 Off-Grid Infrastructure – Buildings must be powered by renewable energy, incorporate rainwater harvesting, utilize waste water recycling, passive solar heating and thermal dynamics for cooling.

🏗️ Regenerative Architecture – Designs must integrate natural, recycled, local and low-impact materials, ensuring structures are energy-efficient and ecologically responsible.

🚶‍♂️ Pedestrian-Centered Design – The commercial district is designed for walkability and minimal vehicular traffic, with pathways for bikes, electric carts, and shared community transportation.

♻️ Zero Waste Principles – Businesses must prioritize composting, recycling, and waste reduction strategies, aligning with the community’s regenerative goals.
