Being a Taos Native I have concerns about affordability. Like tarlton.
Definitely NOT AFFORDABLE TO LOCALS . NOT POSITIVE FOR OUR COMMUNITY.
This Has to be housing for our local workforce.
Carl, Appreciate your comment… We have 108 affordable housing units that are sustainable, off-grid and regenerative… and will be $500/month rent with zero utility bills as the buildings are off-grid. The Workforce housing, which is larger in size is also more affordable than what the state of New Mexico defines as ‘affordable workforce housing.’ There are 62 workforce housing units.
