TESTIMONIALS
“As a real estate agent with years of experience in the industry, I can confidently say that Earthships are a game-changer in the world of off-grid, sustainable architecture. The properties I’ve had the privilege to work with which are Earthship homes, have demonstrated a remarkable trend of increasing value year after year.
Earthships offer a unique blend of sustainability and design excellence. The combination of renewable energy sources, water harvesting systems, and natural climate control make them incredibly cost-effective to own and maintain. These features, in turn, significantly enhance the property’s appeal and long-term value.
What’s particularly striking about Earthships is their ability to adapt to changing environmental norms and homeowner preferences. In an era where sustainability is not just a trend but a necessity, Earthship homes are at the forefront of eco-conscious living. As a real estate agent, I’ve witnessed a growing demand for Earthships as buyers increasingly prioritize energy efficiency, reduced environmental impact, and self-sufficiency.
The quality of design and construction in Earthship homes is exceptional. They are built to withstand the test of time and continue to perform optimally even as the years go by. This durability adds another layer of value to these properties, as homeowners can rest assured that their investment will stand strong for generations.
From a real estate perspective, the steady growth in value of Earthships is a reflection of the market’s recognition of the importance of sustainable living. These homes are not just residences; they are a statement of commitment to a greener, more responsible future. I have no doubt that Earthships will continue to be highly sought after, and I am excited to be a part of this movement toward sustainable, off-grid living that is as financially sound as it is environmentally responsible. If you’re looking to invest in real estate that combines sustainability and lasting value, Earthships are a smart choice.”

Client Testimonial:
We purchased our earthship 2007. This Model type was the newest custom model with greenhouse at this time.
Both of us feel blessed to be able to live in this beautiful, well crafted home.
Jonah and Michael Reynolds and the team at Earthship Biotecture are very professional and wonderful to work with.
All the doors and cabinets are beautifully hand crafted with attention to detail and ease of use.
The floors are all fitted and finished flagstone, running throughout both the home and green space used for growing. Construction is solid and we have copper detailing around all windows! We chose this one because it had an open side with huge windows facing the mountains.
We thought it would be cold in the room with the view, so we installed a Morse revolving wood stove. As it has turned out, we seldom need to use it, as our Earthship keeps us quite comfortable. We fire it up only during cloudy snowy days and for atmosphere.
All our systems work very efficiently.
Planter gardens in both bedroom and great room provide us with a wonderful quality of life. Adobe walls are finished in all rooms with artistic touches and the large vigas line the ceilings in every room.
Easy floor planters in the greenhouse grow multiple fig trees as well as smaller vegetables. Skylights provide for extra lighting and ventilation.
Earthship living lacks NO convenience and has so much advantage! Sincerely, Romaldo and Carol Ranellone
